Meet Irina, our fantastic Spanish Translator at FIA. She brings so much passion and dedication to her work and makes an impact every day. Irina shares, "My name is Irina, and I am the Spanish translator for FIA. It's my passion to help others with my skills to make their job easier and feel understood. I enjoy assisting my coworkers in whatever they need help with. I've been translating since high school, where I took an internship helping at the primary school with non-English speaking children. Since then, I have fallen in love with helping, and it's so rewarding when you see their face light up, knowing they are understood and can communicate without struggling. I love being a part of FIA because since I joined the team, I have felt like I'm part of the family. Every time you walk around the building, everyone smiles and says hello. Outside
