FIA uses an automated notification service through One Call Now to call each team member whenever there is critical information that needs to be shared immediately. Team Members who want to receive this information in text messages can text "ALERT" TO 22300.
If your phone number changes, or if you have any other issues with this service, be sure to contact the Human Resources Department.
