FIA offers many benefits for its Team Members. Below are links to access those benefits, as well as some other useful links. We encourage our Team Members to take full advantage of the benefits and resources they have earned. To insure the most accurate and up to date information, specific questions about policies or any Team Member benefits should always be directed to the Human Resources Department.


FIA is proud to offer exceptional healthcare benefits for Team Members and their families, including the on-site FIA Family Medical Center, which is available to all team members and their dependents (age 2+) on our health insurance plan. Healthcare insurance benefits include medical, vision and dental. We encourage Team Members to visit our providers' websites and take advantage of their many features, and to contact the Human Resources Department with any questions.

FIA Family Medical Center

The FIA Family Medical Clinic is an on-site healthcare clinic available to all FIA Team Members on our health insurance plan and their dependents (age 2+). The clinic's hours of operation are:

  • Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8am-5pm
  • Wednesday: 10am-7pm
  • Friday 7am-4pm

Some amenities of our clinic include health screenings, sick visits, lab testing, and more. Team members are welcome to walk into the clinic for details about services and scheduling appointments. We are honored to be able to provide this service to our team.


FIA wants all of its Team Members to enjoy the benefits of their working years and have a financially secure retirement. After one year of employment with FIA, each Team Member becomes eligible to participate in the 401K program through Principal financial.


In addition to providing healthcare benefits, FIA provides life insurance benefits for full-time non-exempt FIA Team Members. The Human Resource Department can supply you with details about these benefits and Team Members can add more coverage at additional cost.


Unpaid Medical Days
Team Members are given five (5) unpaid medical days each year. There are specific guidelines for the use of these days; Team Members are encouraged to contact the Human Resources Department if they have questions.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Full-time Team Members also earn Paid Time Off (PTO) based upon their years of employment. These days must be scheduled and approved by the Team Member's supervisor.

Holiday Pay
For full-time Team Members, FIA recognizes several paid holidays each year, the Human Resources Department can give you further details.

Bereavement Time Off
Full-time Team Members will also receive paid time off when they have lost certain relatives. Details are available from the Human Resources Department.
Attendance Incentive Program
Attendance is very important for FIA's Team Members. Full time Team Members can earn rewards for having perfect attendance. Contact the HR Department for details.

Employee Assistance Program
FIA provides confidential and voluntary assistance to all employees and their family members who may be faced with dynamic challenges of financial concerns, legal issues, alcohol or drug problems, marital problems, illness of a family member, emotional worries, child care problems, etc. Contact the Human Resources Department for additional information.

Safety Shoe and Safety Glasses Reimbursement
FIA provides reimbursement programs for safety shoe and safety glasses purchased by Team Members. We recommend that Team Members contact the Human Resource Department for details prior to purchasing these items.
