Maintenance

Parts for hundreds of thousands of vehicles are produced each year at FIA. To make such a large volume of product, some of our equipment must run almost non-stop. So maintaining the equipment in a good working condition is critical.

In addition to the experience they bring with them, our Maintenance Team Members are continually learning from their daily work and ongoing training. The range of skills employed by our Maintenance Team Members includes everything from basic preventative maintenance (painting, lubrication, cleaning, adjusting, and minor part replacements) to programming the robotic equipment or replacing entire systems, motors, axes, and actuators.

Through these efforts, lost production time is reduced and the lifespan of equipment is extended, improving safety, quality and productivity.
